This is a permanent full-time opportunity from Monday to Friday. The role requires in-office presence for all five days per week.
The opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Receptionist & Administration Assistant to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the Office Team Lead, you'll have the opportunity to utilise your exceptional organisational and time management skills to provide support as well as take ownership on a wide range of reception and admin tasks including, but not limited to:
Answering phones, greeting guests, managing mail, tidying meeting rooms Assisting staff with room bookings and catering requests Assisting the Office Team Lead on asset maintenance, vehicle leasing, staff travel, office communications and other general office support. Monitoring office inventory such as stationery and purchasing as required Organising monthly staff events and celebrations Liaising with building management on day to day basis What you'll bring This is a great opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic front of house professional with a strong administrative coordination background. Exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to juggle multiple tasks are essential to thriving in this fast-paced role.
