As a top-tier accounting firm, we're passionate about creating a positive, collaborative work environment, and now we're searching for a vibrant, dedicated Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our growing team.
We have an exciting full-time opportunity available with immediate start at our Gladstone office, working Monday to Friday (38hrs/week).
What You'll Be Doing: Greeting and interacting with clients in reception Handling all incoming phone calls with professionalism Managing email and mail correspondence Maintaining accurate records, data entry, and archiving documents Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For: Outstanding communication and organisational skills Positive, can-do attitude with a bubbly personality High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office A qualification in Business Administration or equivalent (preferred but not essential) Relevant experience in similar roles (desired but not required) Gladstone residency is essential Why Join Us?
