They will work closely with the Office Manager and Office Clerk and assist with coverage during their absence. This role will also provide general administrative support for our team of Lawyers and Legal Assistants as needed. Duties of this position include: Managing a switchboard and answering queries via email;Meeting and greeting clients;Assisting with managing meeting room bookings and ordering catering;Organising outgoing couriers and taking delivery of incoming couriers/deliveries;Managing office swipe cards for employees and visitors;Attending to cab charge requests and reconciliation; Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are always maintained at a high standard;Attending to any library filing; Assisting with internal office events administration;Providing general office support including data entry, file management such as opening/closing files, overflow typing, amendments, monthly billing and archivingAdhoc tasks as Successful CandidateWe're looking for someone who is well organised, punctual, professionally presented, has a keen eye for detail and a "can do" attitude. The role will involve a lot of interaction with both staff and clients so excellent communication skills are a must.
