Our South Brisbaneoffice is seeking to appointa Receptionist/Administration Assistant to play an integral part in ensuring the reception and wider office is run efficiently and effectively, whilstdelivering a friendly and approachable service.
The successful candidate will need to be personable withgreat initiative, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Duties & Responsibilities
Taking care of Reception - incoming/outgoing phone calls, welcoming visitors to the office, courier deliveries, sorting of mail etc.Managing and restocking office equipment, stationery supplies, uniforms and staff amenitiesFiling and archiving - managing and maintaining archive recordsData entry and database managementManaging the general email inbox and collecting mail/postSupporting the Office Manager as directed and general administrative assistance to all staffManaging account for travel, airfare, accommodation and car hireManaging WHS documentationAssistance in organising staff functionsMaintaining membership databasesInvoice and expense managementManaging meeting room bookings and writing up bookings on the meeting room boardSkills & Experience
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills (including phone skills)High level organisational, coordination and prioritisation skillsCommitted towards undertaking duties efficiently with a strong attention to detailAny office coordination experience will be highly regardedbut not essentialA reliable, committed work ethicProfessional personal presentationPunctual and reliable with a go-getter attitudeBenefits of ACOR
