This is a Reception / Office Administration role; .The role is based in Croydon Park SA, Daily duties will involve: Meeting and greeting clientsDirect to waiting areas and ensure customers are provided with warm & friendly service offering refreshments Answering & forwarding of incoming telephone callsAdministration support to the customer service, sales & purchasing teamTaking and entering Customer bookingsInvoicing, payment handling.Allocating meeting rooms as requestedOrdering and Stocking Brochure room, stock levelsMaintaining the reception area, meeting rooms, kitchen and utilities.Maintenance of stationary stockHandle mail, deliveries, and couriers, and maintain an organised office environment.The performance of other duties as required by the Office ManagerEnsure customer web enquiries are attended to in a timely mannerProvide assistance to various staff members in times of high demandArrange refreshments and catering/lunch requirements for visitors / training / meetingsAnd much more!Naturally, you will possess an organised and logical manner as well as strong communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills. This is not any ordinary reception role; you will be the Host/Hostess of our MotorOne Showroom!
In addition, you will also bring: Customer service or Office experienceExceptional phone mannerA working knowledge of Word, Excel & OutlookThe ability to work with limited supervisionDiscretion and confidentialityStrong attention to detailCorporate and polished personal presentationStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.Demonstrated reliability and have a can do attitude and approach to your workYou must also have a driver's license as you will on occasion be required to run errands or help drive work vehciles.We are looking for a person with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to see a task through to finish.
