Hobart Exercise Physiology is a private, locally owned business that has been in operation since the beginning of 2019.
We have a passion for providing the best quality care and environment for our clients to meet their health and wellbeing goals.
We provide individualised, and the most up to date and relevant evidence-based prescription of exercise for all clients of varying ages and ability levels.
The role: We are seeking a new receptionist who has a high standard of customer service and administrative skill.
An immediate start is available, with hours varying between 8-7pm across all weekdays.
Total hours could range from 15-25 for the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities: Client greetings and rapport building - as our front of house we want to ensure clients are met in a positive and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and safe in our clinic.General reception and administrative tasks (phone calls, client greetings, emails, cleaning and fax service)Processing payments (Eftpos, Private Health and third party claiming)Appointment bookings and modificationsMonitoring stock and office equipment suppliesAccurate data entry and communicationAbility to time manage and problem solveWork within a team to provide best client outcomesCleaning and general tidy up of all communal spacesSkills & Experience: Medical reception experience preferred but not requiredExceptional customer service and communication skillsAbility to work autonomously as well as harmoniously within a teamEfficient and accurate documentation skillsAdept at using technology and computer softwareIn addition to the above, all Hobart Exercise Physiology employees must have: Current CPR CertificateRemuneration: Casual position + potential part time role for a suitable candidate.
