Due to an internal promotion Savanna is seeking an experienced Receptionist (Admin Support) to join the business to be the first point of contact for enquiries from the public and provide administrative support to accounts team and other area of the business as required.Why Savanna?
Competitive salary with a leading organisationAn industry leader in safety with an unrivalled safety recordLong term contracts with major coal seam gas producers To apply, you should have: Diploma/Certificate in AdministrationA minimum of 2 years' related experience in administration and reception dutiesAdvanced skills using the Microsoft SuiteExperience in supporting a business with administrationAttention to detail and time management skillsAbility to meet deadlinesA friendly, professional and courteous mannerAccounts Payable and/or Accounts payable experience desirable What you'll be doing: Answering incoming calls and directing callers to the right placeGreet persons entering the business and direct queries to the required departmentSort mail and deliveries and sign where necessarySchedule appointments, meetings, agendas and cateringBook accommodation and travel on behalf of the businessOrganise functions from start to finishGeneral upkeep of the shared spaces and ensure our cleaning contractors are providing a high level of serviceAdministrative assistance where required including letters, phone directory and filingAssisting the accounts team with Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Payable.
