Key Responsibilities
Patient Support: Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanour. Manage bookings and maintain the clinic calendar. Enhance the patient experience by addressing inquiries and concerns. Practitioner Support: Handle patient requests and administrative tasks. Assist with rescheduling appointments as needed. Practice Leader Support: Provide ad-hoc PA support. Manage their calendar and schedule efficiently. Clinic Support: Manage outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments. Set up meetings and take minutes. Maintain the clinic's team room and ensure it is well-stocked. Maintain locations' stock and order as required Track and collate data for reporting purposes.
