The Role: As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you'll be the friendly face and voice of the business.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks and has a strong willingness to learn.
With plenty of training provided, this role offers an exciting chance to grow within a fast-paced agency.

Key Responsibilities: Answering phone calls and greeting visitorsManaging front of house operations, including handling voicemails and phone mode settingsMaintaining key registers with a keen attention to detailPrinting, scanning, copying, and filing documentsUpdating CRM with contacts and listingsBasic Photoshop tasks (training provided)Completing PO Form 6a and Commercial Tenancy AgreementsProcessing sign orders and sending documents for electronic signatureHandling office mail and managing office suppliesEnsuring the front office area is neat and well-maintainedAssisting with agent KPI records and team meetingsPreparing briefs and editorials for the Courier MailPreparing and sending weekly VMail via in-house programWho We're Looking For: Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skillsOrganised and able to manage multiple tasks efficientlyAble to work independently while still being part of a teamStrong attention to detail and a proactive attitudeNo previous experience required—just a willingness to learn and grow!All applications are strictly confidential and not discussed with a third party without your consent.
