Job DescriptionAssist with responding and attending general queries from the team and supporting in administrative tasksDocument formatting, when requiredEvent management for quarterly team eventsSit at reception and make sure all meeting rooms are functionalAnswering and diverting client calls to appropriate personsOrdering & topping up stationery & office supplies for each levelMaintaining a clean office space – emptying the dishwasher, maintaining coffee machine etc.Organizing and preparing catering & drinks for in-house events (e.g. birthday month, town hall, Vivid etc.)Logging all office maintenance jobs with the building managerProgramming security passes for new starters and interstate visitorsReceiving and sorting mail & packagesMeeting & greeting clients as first point of contactMeeting room preparation - Setting up/Packing down meeting rooms for eventsBooking local, interstate & overseas couriers and sending mailAllocating & maintaining lockers for staff use on both levelsOther adhoc tasksQualifications0 - 3 years' experience in a similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with D365, Teams and Sharepoint would be an advantageProactive approach with the ability to drive compliance requirements of the team.Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.Possesses tact, diplomacy and assertiveness to achieve objectivesStrong attention to detailReliable, approachable, punctual and professional attitude. #J-18808-Ljbffr
