We are a Chartered Accounting and business advisory firm on the Northside, operating for over 25 years.
We are a looking for a receptionist / administration assistant to join our team. We are committed to providing a rewarding work environment with a friendly, supportive team, added incentives and on-site undercover parking.
This integral role requires a professional candidate with the ability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis. This role involves, but is not limited to:
Greeting clients and answering phonesDiary management and schedulesProcessing incoming and outgoing mail and client correspondenceScanning and file upkeepEnsuring the office is well presented and maintained Ordering of office consumablesBanking and errandsGeneral administration and secretarial supportThe successful candidate will possess:
Strong work ethic and enthusiastic attitudeAbility to work well with others and take directionGood computer literacy with Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software an advantage  Excellent customer service skills and phone mannerGood time management and organizational skillsStrong attention to detailIf you would like to be a part of our team, please email your resume to [email protected].
