With a strong and vibrant culture, we are the employer of choice for exceptional and dynamic professionals.Our Front of House Team is currently looking for a Receptionist & Accreditation Administrator to join Connective in a dual role.The RoleThis dual role will be responsible for ensuring that a professional service is experienced by our customers and the public who visit our office or call Connective over the phone. You will also be responsible for triaging and processing accreditations received from our mortgage brokers and lenders in a timely manner. Other responsibilities will include:Answering and directing all inbound calls from external customersDaily management of meeting and board rooms, office supplies and office maintenanceManage Connective's accreditation inbox by triaging and responding to queries, ensuring all are responded to within a timely mannerReview and process select lender accreditationsAny other general administrative tasks as requiredThe PersonWith an interest in the banking & finance industry, you will enjoy representing our company and being the first point of contact for all our customers. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will be a memorable stand out in our customers' experience with Connective.
