The Client AccountAbility are currently recruiting for a temporary receptionist and accounts support to join a small, busy team based in Mascot. This role is an immediate start and has the potential to be extended to a permanent role for the right candidate.
THE ROLE Data entry of invoices into the accounting system (SAP)Handling purchase ordersMaintaining office filingMonitoring stationery and office suppliesReceiving and forwarding incoming callsReviewing and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondenceArranging meetings and making travel and accommodation arrangementsCoordinating diaries and appointmentsEnsuring high attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data entryTHE PERSON Essential - 1-2+ years office admin experienceExcellent communication skills - Confident to communicate with all levels of stakeholders and address issues if need be, whilst providing A grade customer serviceHigh attention to detailExperience with SAP If you would like any further information on this role, please get in touch with Kelly at AccountAbility.
