Receptionist – Academy of Sport and WellbeingPart Time, Permanent 28 hours per week UHI Perth is one of Scotland's leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland's newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.
We are seeking to appoint a receptionist who will play a key customer service role within the Academy of Sport and Wellbeing (ASW) building at UHI Perth.
The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, starting at 6:45am, ready for the ASW opening at 7am.
The finish times each day are to be confirmed upon appointment to the post.
You will be part of the team at the forefront of our sport and wellbeing facility providing a professional, customer-focused reception service.
As the first point of contact, you will be expected to deliver a service that is friendly, welcoming, and informative to all customers.
The role of Receptionist includes undertaking a range of front of house duties, including administrative and financial tasks that ensure the efficient running of ASW.
It is vital that you are highly knowledgeable about all our services and can respond in detail to customer inquiries or signpost customers to wider members of the team as required.
This post undertakes regulated work with children and a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme check is required.
A check will be made against the list of those barred from working with children.
