We are seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic, and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dynamic dental practice!
Job Description Greet and welcome patients with a smile Schedule appointments and manage the calendar Handle phone inquiries and assist with patient needs Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Support the dental team with administrative tasks The successful candidate must be able to work on: Monday: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM Qualifications Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in using computer software applications.
Experience with file keeping and data entry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
