About the role Reporting to the Business Support Manager and supported by a collaborative team of Project Coordinators and Corporate Services, the purpose of this part-time role is to provide a professional and friendly introduction to ADG, for new and returning clients, both in person and over the phone. The Receptionist position is a pivotal role within the Sydney Practice. It serves as the first point of contact for clients, embodying the company's values and principles through professional and friendly interactions. The role extends beyond reception duties, encompassing a range of administrative and support functions to ensure the efficient operation of the Practice. This includes managing office equipment, supporting the team, and providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. Career development opportunities are also a key aspect, with cross-training offered to enhance skills and knowledge in project support. It's a role that not only requires a commitment to the company's core values but also offers a pathway for professional growth within the business.
In this role you will: Provide a variety of administrative and general support functions across the Sydney office;Be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Sydney office by ordering and maintaining office equipment and supplies;Coordinate travel for all employees, maintain meeting rooms and assist with ad hoc administrative requests.To be considered for this role, you will bring: Similar experience in a reception role within a corporate environment desirable;Strong communication skills with a personable demeanour;The ability to multi-task and work under pressure;A high level of attention to detail;A strong work ethic with the enthusiasm and desire to learn on the job;High level of personal organisation;Intermediate level skills with MS Office;Drivers Licence.This is a permanent part-time position working 24-32 hours per week.
