Job DescriptionLead our HEART of NRAHN - The Reception Team! Are you a passionate and experienced leader looking to make a real impact? We are seeking a highly motivated Reception Team Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position (Monday-Friday), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our reception team operates at its peak, fostering a welcoming environment for clients while ensuring clinic operations run smoothly. This exciting leadership opportunity will see you work on-site each day, primarily working around our Western Melbourne clinics, driving an unparalleled standard for customer service. Here's what you will do:
ResponsibilitiesLead the Reception team!Manage processes to ensure each clinic runs in an organized, professional, effective and efficient manner. This includes communications, team meetings, task allocation, weekly rosters and developing and monitoring reception team goals, processes, resources and databases. Attend organisation leadership meetings and develop departmental quarterly priorities.Oversee Team Performance!Oversee the shared email inbox, review communications, and actions required for pending emails. Monitor KPI's for the department and individual team members.Guide and support team training!Provide direction to the Reception Team Training Co-ordinator to ensure team training is co-ordinated as required and training resources are up to date.Champion team growth!Manage the Reception Team Individual Development Programs, supervise direct reports including the reception 2IC, oversee recruitment, training and development of exceptional reception team members. Visit all Melbourne sites on a regular basis to provide support.Ensure smooth operations!Review and approve Reception Team timesheets fortnightly, roster accordingly, manage absences and tackle special projects from time to time.Provide exceptional reception service!Provide exceptional reception services ensuring a welcome, organised, and safe environment for customers and team members. Be the key emergency contact on-site (First Aider / Fire Warden) when working at any given clinic.Embody NRAHN Core Values!Foster a positive and supportive team culture, whilst welcoming new team members and providing excellent and reputable reception duties!Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat you bring: Current Driver's Licence.Minimum 5 years previous Reception / Administration experience with minimum 1 year of management experience.Appointment book / practice management software skills.Experience with funding bodies (NDIS, TAC) highly advantageous.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.Strong organisational and time management skills.Problem-solving skills and initiative.Passion for NeuroRehab's mission and core values.Diversity and InclusionAt NeuroRehab Allied Health Network, we strive for a culture of inclusivity, celebrate diversity and diverse perspectives of our team members and community.
