Role: Reception Teaching Assistant

Location: Formby

Salary: £45-£55 per day

Working Days: Mon-Fri (12pm – 3.15pm)

Connex Education is currently seeking an enthusiastic, calm, and proactive teaching assistant who has experience supporting children with special educational needs.

The role will involve providing 1:1 support for a child in Reception for the afternoons only. The role will involve lunchtime cover from 12pm and classroom cover from 1pm to 3.15 pm.

The school has been rated 'Good' by Ofsted and we have received excellent feedback from staff about the working environment in the school.

The role will initially be until Christmas with the likelihood of it being longer-term for a candidate who can provide a consistent approach to supporting learning in the classroom.
