We are looking for a Customer Service Superstar to join our team based in Alice Springs on a permanent part-time basis (25 - 30 hours per week) Negotiable for the right candidate The Customer Care Executive working as reception and service planner is responsible for delivering a "wow" experience to our customers as a first point of contact for all divisions of Rentokil Initial. You will be required to handle inbound/outbound contact in a professional manner to preserve customer retention and initiate new business opportunities to existing customers that have been requested.


The core responsibilities in this role include: Providing support to national and key clients Drawing up contracts for services offered Processing purchase orders Planning and booking technician jobs for smooth client service Liaising with customers on a daily basis Processing enquiries efficiently and pro-actively resolving client issues Supporting the Customer Services, Sales and Services team and Operations Team to achieve targets and deliverables Make outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and services Requirements - Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/ administration/ account management) High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Excellent customer service skills Intermediate computer skills Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and work autonomously Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Love working in a team environment The successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, as well as background checks.
