Reception/Office Manager Temp role - Immediate Start - 2 weeks (Open to WHV) Full time - Office based in Macquarie Park Client Details Our client, a reputable engineering company, is searching for a dynamic and proactive Reception/Office Coordinator to support them on a temporary basis.

What your general day will look like: Greet clients and manage reception area. Meeting room set up and management of catering for meetings. Coordinate and manage office events including birthdays/functions etc. Ordering of stationery and general office consumables. Coordinate travel. Typing of confidential information/presentations. Your experience: Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated experience working in a varied fast-paced office coordination role. Solid MS Office experience. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain strong internal networks to enable the efficient coordination and collaboration for solid office support.
