Berwick Speedy Seedlings and Supplies Pty Ltd – Tynong VICBerwick Speedy Seedlings is a leading commercial vegetable seedling nursery currently located in Tynong, Victoria.We are looking for a permanent full-time office assistant to join our team.About the RoleYour day-to-day duties in this role would be:Assisting with customer enquiries;Ordering stationery and office items as required;Printing labels and tags;Taking customer payments;Data entry of our order books;Collecting mail;Preparation of seed for production crew;Provide general administrative and clerical and ground crew support, including filing, photocopying, scanning and other office duties;Any other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the efficient functioning of the office.To be considered for this position the successful applicant must have:Confident and professional telephone manner;Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;Mathematical Skills;High attention to detail and accuracy;Intermediate computer skills eg word, excel and outlook;Ability to deal with all types of clients and build strong client relationships;Be honest, respectful and trustworthy;Good Team Spirit;Current driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred).
