About You
Leadership experience or ready to take the next step into a leadership role
You will be immaculately presented
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Demonstrated experience in reception management, member concierge or similar role
It is important that you are positive, energetic and pride yourself on being adaptable, flexible and a real team player
Demonstrate a passion for high-quality customer service
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Key Skills
Highly organized and methodical
Ability to juggle priorities and think on your feet
Ability to prioritize tasks on the run
Ability to build rapport with team and our members
First Aid/CPR Certificate is desirable
