Responsibilities:Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.Actioning email inquiries in a timely manner.Identifying customer needs and forwarding to the correct department.Ensuring accurate information is entered into the systems and assigned to the appropriate department.Providing accurate information about services to customers.Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.Following company guidelines and protocols for handling calls and customer information.Requirements:Previous experience in a customer service or reception is advantageous.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.Proficient computer skills and experience with customer management systems.Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:A fun and supportive team environment.Great amenities and working conditions.Uniform supplied.
