About the role Provide excellent customer service and ensure the efficient operation of reception by performing check-ins/check-outs, office administration and administrative support.
Key Accountabilities Ensure a high level of customer service is always maintained. Take payments when necessary. Assist guests and residents with all questions and reasonable requests. Greet residents and guests in a warm and friendly manner. Register any issues in terms of housekeeping, maintenance, office, common areas etc. Conduct site tours if necessary, with prospective residents. Use of computer programmes and MS Office to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents. Ensure that residents are informed of additional activities, events, higher end products etc. Answering incoming calls, action faxes and emails and sort mail. Attend to general receptionist duties including filing. Any other duties as assigned by management. Actively foster and support a positive working relationship with all team members, following correct reporting lines at all times. Show absolute care and empathy towards the needs of our customers, communicate with genuine care and engage in positive relationships while maintaining professional conduct. About You Confident in decision making and able to work with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proactive team player Well organised and time conscious Confident and proficient at dealing with people.
