We are seeking an enthusiastic Reception & Facilities Coordinator to join our vibrant team.

As a Reception & Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in making our office a thriving hub of energy and productivity.
This is a permanent position and will require you to work onsite full-time.
Our office is based in Sydney CBD, next to the Town Hall Station.
A day in the life..
Working in a team of 3, you will be at the forefront of our company, creating a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for our team members and guests.
Your days will be filled with a variety of tasks, including: Reception Duty: Be the friendly face of our company by warmly greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries to the right person.
You will be the first point of contact, ensuring everyone feels valued and cared for.
Day-to-Day Facility Management: Keep things running smoothly by overseeing various aspects of our office environment.
From maintaining office supplies to coordinating repairs and liaising with vendors, your organizational skills will be put to good use.
Purchasing: Love details?
Help us stay on top of things by raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and maintaining an impressive Purchase Order compliance rate.
Customer Service: Help shape and deliver exceptional service, breathing life into our customer service principles.
Every interaction is a chance to shine!
Call management services: Answer and manage calls with the precision and charm that keeps things moving and our stakeholders happy.
Mail: Stay on top of all things mail-related, from timely courier bookings to managing delays like a pro.
Facilities Management: Keep our office looking sharp and running smoothly.
Conduct walkthroughs, tackle maintenance issues, and work with contractors and suppliers to get the job done right.

Reception of Facilities Experience: You've got solid experience in administrative, facilities or reception duties and know how to keep things running smoothly.
Workflow Management System Experience: Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar workflow management systems?
