12 month Fixed Term | Full Time | Hybrid option available 2 days WFH (Monday & Tuesday) Salary range $63k -$73k (depending on qualifications & experience) + 11% Super Increase yourtake home pay with Salary Packaging (claim up to $18,550 tax free salary) conditions apply Based in Norwest Values based organisation About your new role: As a Reception & Events Administrator, you will be the first point of contact at the Norwest office and support event administration. This role is split between reception duties and events coordination, ensuring excellent customer service and effective administration of internal and external events.
Duties: not limited to
Provide excellent customer service, handle phone and email inquiries, and manage deliveries. Assist with logistics for staff and volunteer events, including conferences and awareness events. Manage registrations and liaise with dignitaries and VIPs for official external events. Support the MarComms team with various administrative tasks. Skills and Experience: Essential: Previous experience in office administration or reception roles and minimum1 year of experience in planning and coordinating events. Experience in digital communications, including website and social media. Strong project management, administrative, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite.
