We are looking for a Reception / Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team based in our Melbourne head office on a full-time basis. We pride ourselves on developing long term relationships with our customers and providing outstanding customer service, so you'll be tasked with ensuring our customers have a great experience with our company.
Responsibilities: Manage large volumes of incoming calls with strong phone contact handling skills.Receive, validate and process customer orders.Assist customers with product software education and troubleshooting.Process incoming and outgoing mail effectively to ensure materials and correspondence are delivered to the appropriate recipients.Perform reception/administrative duties including (but not limited to) banking of cheques, collection of mail, ordering and maintaining stationery and kitchen supplies.Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).Previous customer service or related industry experience highly regarded.Must enjoy delivering quality customer service to clients.Able to problem solve and think on their feet whilst working to tight deadlines.Excellent data entry and MS Office skills are essential.Previous knowledge of SAP advantageous.We can offer you an opportunity to work as part of a dedicated, friendly and energetic team at a company with a fantastic culture of commitment to our employees and customers.
