Duties include: Attending our switchboard and reception area; Lodging Legal Aid applications online; Completing legal correspondence, filing and mail management; Frequent liaison with all our teams across Queensland.
Career progression in Administration or Court Support; Further studies relevant to Administration, Finance or Law.
About you: Offer your experience (at least 2 years) in a professional, legal, justice or community services work environment with a Cert III or above in Business Administration or equivalent essential ; Minimum typing speed of 35wpm; Experience with Aboriginal and or Torres Strait Islander clients is valued; Be resilient, organised and energetic; Have at least 2 referees.
