A rare opportunity has arisen to join an established, fast growing company on Sydneys Northern Beaches.
The key role within a small, tight knit head office team, has arisen following a long serving team member relocating away from Sydney.  The role encompasses a range of duties including general reception, customer service, invoicing and sales support.
The Company:  Tigerlight are specialists in high performance industrial lighting. We are 100% Australian owned and operate Australia wide. We offer solutions across industrial, sporting and food industries, with a range that includes floodlighting, high bay lighting and solar lighting solutions amongst others.

Role and Responsibilities Reception duties make you often Tigerlight's first point of contact for incoming communication by phone and email.Managing and delegating inbound communications from channel partners to our general mailboxes.Receiving and processing purchase orders for our sales team nationally.  Tigerlight uses Sybiz for our invoicing and stock management software.Managing and transacting warranty claims and return stock requests.General office support and administration duties including booking travel arrangements for the wider team.Communicating and co-operating with remote staffWhat you will bring: A positive and enthusiastic approach, important for smaller teamsInitiative to independently carry out basic tasksAn organised and well co-ordinated approach to your role.A customer first attitude Experience in sales supportProficient IT skills using predominantly Microsoft 365 applicationsStrong communication skills both written and verbalA team player, who can also work autonomouslyFull training with ongoing support will be provided.
This is a full time role with expected hours of 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday, 9am - 4pm Fridays.
