We are looking for a temporary Records and Receptionist to join a State Government department in CBD Your new company


Our client is seeking for a Records and Receptionist who can work 5 days per week with an immediate start to 1st December 2024.


Your new role Registering incoming mail, file creation, records disposal.

Taking phone calls and assisting with queries

Acting as first point of contact for customers in the department

What you'll need to succeed Experience with operating a busy switchboard.
Excellent customer service skills on the phone and face to face.
