Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Reception and Property Management Officer to join our team.
About us We are a boutique disability support service provider based in the inner city. We offer a 9-day fortnight, a parking bay, flexibility for family commitments, phone and laptop provided, 5 weeks' annual leave, 13 weeks long service leave after 7 years together with numerous other health and wellbeing perks.
Duties & Responsibilities The role of the Reception and Property Management Officer will be to ensure the offices and properties are co-ordinated in an efficient and welcoming manner.
Oversight of an office front desk.Management of a switchboard – in your role you will often be the first point of contact for someone phoning or visiting the offices.Organising the office meeting rooms and booking calendars and assisting with meeting and event management.Management of the properties within the group, including managing booking calendars and co-ordinating maintenance.Qualifications & Skill Requirements Experience in a similar role managing an office front desk within a medium sized enterprise.Demonstrated experience in customer service and of interacting with a wide variety of people.Personable and friendly communication style.Sound attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to multi-task with good organisational skills.
