What You'll Do As a vital member of our Operations Team, you will:
Provide vital administrative support to the Senior Project Officer and Chief Operating Officer.Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to internal stakeholders, including teachers and leadership, under the direction of the Administration Team Leader.Manage correspondence, calendar bookings, and project files to ensure smooth workflows.Handle incoming calls and facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.Prepare and distribute meeting materials to keep all parties informed and engaged.Track and report on performance against plans and KPIs to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Utilise your problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of key business outcomes, creating an environment where every voice is heard and valued About You We are looking for a collaborative professional who shares our commitment to community and innovation.
