What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming clients, both in person and on the phone, with a friendly and professional manner Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings Assisting with various administrative tasks including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document management Supporting the team with other duties as required What we're looking for Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using standard office software A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude Must have an Agent's Representative Certificate What we offer At Barry Plant Warragul - Drouin', we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
