Reception All Rounder

Job Title: Receptionist / Casual Allrounder Location: Matador Motel, Sale We are looking to appoint a Casual All Rounder / Receptionist to assist in the running of the front office and all guest-related areas.

Role Overview:The All Rounder role encompasses all aspects of guest services in the day-to-day operations of a busy motel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operating the Guestpoint reservation system Handling guest accounts Responding to inquiries from future and in-house guests in person, via phone, and email Collaborating in a team environment The role requires flexibility to work in various areas of the motel as needed, including housekeeping and breakfast shifts. You should be available to work between 7 AM and 7 PM on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude Previous reception experience, preferably in the hospitality industry (1 year preferred, training would be provided for the right applicant) Job Type: CasualPay: From $31.23/hour
Schedule: Afternoon shift Day shift Morning shift Weekend availability Public holidays Supplementary Pay: Penalty rates Work Location: In-person
