Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/.Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionGreet, check-in, check-out, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.Take initiative to add a personalized experience.Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay.Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.Handle guest requests effectively and promptly.Cash handling which includes currency exchange and balancing a float.Become familiar with group resumes ensuring all details of incoming and outgoing groups are observed.Serve as sales agent promoting and up-selling hotel services.Maintain an excellent working rapport with all departments in the hotel.Complete night audit tasks as assigned.Uphold the highest standard of internal and external customer service by applying our Service Standards at all times.QualificationsFluency in English.Ability to multitask in a changing environment while remaining calm and composed.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests.Organizational and leadership skills.Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.Work experience in the field of hotel or customer services.Ability to create an unforgettable impression by exceeding the expectations of the guests.Ability to work with cash.Solving issues related to guests' requests in a sensitive and professional manner.Ability to work in a team.Willingness to continuously develop and learn.Accuracy in work and attention to detail.Additional InformationPrior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferred.Additional languages are a plus.Your team and working environment:Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits.Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
