About the roleWe are looking for a professional and highly motivated Reception & Administration Trainee to work full time, Monday to Friday in a 12-month trainee role.
In this role, you will complete a rotation across our key practice areas (Family & Relationship Law, Corporate & Commercial, Wills, Estates & Succession Planning and Litigation & Dispute Resolution), spending three months in each practice area as part of a 12-month traineeship, learning key skills to become a proficient Legal Assistant.
During this traineeship, you will also cover reception two days a week and learn to direct new client enquiries and existing client calls to support our continued focus on our clients.
Each day will look a little different. This role is varied and will require you to be flexible and have a demonstrated ability to move smoothly from one task to another.
You will need to pitch in and help with a wide variety of administrative tasks, so your commitment and willingness to help are crucial skills in this role.
