Your role is essential in creating a professional, welcoming environment that upholds the high standards of our organisation.Job DescriptionThe Reception & Administration Support Officer's primary responsibilities include managing telephone enquiries, greeting clients, and assisting visitors with warmth and professionalism. Beyond reception duties, you will provide vital administrative support to various teams, including Corporate Services, People and Culture, and Financial Services. This includes coordinating general maintenance, overseeing inventory, and supporting broader organisational tasks.Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be key to ensuring that client and visitor needs are met promptly and professionally, positioning you as the first point of contact and enhancing the overall client experience.Expected commencing salary of $68,006.33 per annum plus statutory superannuation.
