Job SummaryAs the face of our organisation, you will provide essential reception and administrative support to the day-to-day operations of the Ballarat office of WTOAC.You will manage front-of-house reception, coordinate meetings and events, maintain office supplies and assist with financial functions as needed.We're looking for candidates with good organizational and communication skills, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office.

We're also committed to providing learning opportunities to help you grow in this role.About UsWadawurrung Traditional Owners Aboriginal Corporation (WTOAC) is a Registered Aboriginal Party (RAP) under the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006 (Vic) and was established in 1998.
WTOAC is governed by a Board of Directors of Traditional Owners.
Each Director represents a Family Group of the Wadawurrung People.
Its role is to protect and advance the aspirations of Wadawurrung People by managing their cultural heritage rights and interests, as well as supporting them in the achievement of the goals and aspirations as outlined in the Wadawurrung Country Plan.ResponsibilitiesProvide a professional and friendly welcome to visitors.Handle incoming calls efficiently and courteously.Assist the Corporate Services Team with general administrative tasks.Manage office supplies and kitchen inventory.Coordinate catering, room bookings, and meeting arrangements.Monitor and respond to generic email accounts.Maintain spreadsheets and databases.Assist with record keeping and filing.Manage diaries and booking calendars effectively.Selection CriteriaStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).Previous experience in a similar role preferred.Experience in working with an Indigenous organisation (desirable).How To ApplyPlease apply via Seek with a resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
