You will be responsible for managing office supplies, maintaining admin filing and databases, responding to incoming emails and overall administration order in the office.
You will also manage meeting room bookings, ordering catering as required, organizing gifts and flowers, and other ad-hoc administrative duties.
You will show an exceptional level of customer service with a warm and bubbly attitude to build relationships with team members, suppliers and clients.
Your responsibilities will include:  Answering incoming phone calls in a warm and friendly manner  Act as the main point of contact for all visitors, contractors and employees Responding to email inquiries and provide information as required  Managing the calendar of the office, meeting room bookings etc.
Ensure all filing systems in the office are maintained to a high standard Ordering office supplies to maintain office space, meeting rooms and kitchen Requirements: Excellent customer service focus and orientation Have a warm and personal approach, while being polite, courteous and professional Outstanding organisation skills  High attention to detail and accuracy  Demonstrated experience in providing reception and administration support services in a busy environment Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products How to apply:   Click  APPLY   email your resume to  jarrod @brookrecruitment.com.au.
