The Company Exciting new opportunity for an experienced and motivated Receptionist / Administration Assistant to work 3 days per week in Malvern.
The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Reception / Administration Assistant to join their team and job share with the administration team due to an increase in work.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
In this role, you will be responsible for: Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner Answering incoming calls and taking messages accurately Booking and scheduling meeting rooms Sorting and distributing all sorts of mail for the team Organising catering, ordering kitchen and office supplies Other general administration tasks when required About you Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks Excellent organisational skills High attention to detail Proficient using MS office Experience with Xero  Company Culture This firm fosters a culture of professional growth and ongoing career progression.
