Job Description As the Receptionist/Admin Temp, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering high-quality administrative support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Greet and assist visitors and clients with a welcoming, professional attitude, representing the organisation with care and respect.Answer and direct incoming calls, and manage general inquiries by email with efficiency and professionalism.Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and ensuring efficient use of office resources.Oversee the timely sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Provide general office assistance, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and other office management tasks.Keep the reception area tidy and organised, and support the wider office with administrative tasks as required.Support the team with office supplies, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements when needed.The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
