About The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Berrimah office. As part of a supportive team, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative and reception support.

Key Responsibilities Provide all-rounder administrative and reception coverMaintain office stock and suppliesDirect phone calls and manage office inboxes (including Accounts)Create purchase orders and coordinate orders for uniforms, catering, and other stockHandle mail and manage office vehicle requirements (fuel checks, etc.)Greet visitors and ensure efficient call handlingPerform data entry and assist with MS Word/Excel tasksSupport payroll with admin and data entry duties Skills And Experience Required
