About The Role: You will support the Category Manager to maximise commercial outcomes through alignment of range offering with trade partners, customers and the market.

Our dedication to equality drives us to provide professional development resources, helping all women advance their careers without barriers  About You: Category Management Exposure: Experience in a similar role or stepping up from a Category Coordinator position, with some understanding of range strategies and category management within a retail environment Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrates a strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs, delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse market trends, sales data, and consumer behaviour to support development and execution of category strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Relationship Building: Skilled in developing and maintaining strong partnerships with suppliers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
