Socia l: Recognition programs and social events to celebrate our team's achievements About The Role The Rebates Administrator/Coordinator is accountable for the end-to-end management of the rebate agreements function across Australia and New Zealand.
This includes the completion of the rebate agreement renewals process right through to final settlement of credits against the respective customer accounts.
Situated at our newly renovated offices in Notting Hill we are offering a hybrid work arrangement.
The role will report directly to the National Credit Manager, duties will include: Develop, implement and manage a process/system to ensure rebates are maintained accurately and paid promptly to customers in line with the company's contractual obligations.
Ensure a robust and effective system of controls is in place and operating to manage risk and minimise exposure to the company as it relates to rebates.
Provide sound and timely advice in the implementation and management of rebate agreements.
Resolve issues and queries arising from key stakeholders (internal and external) with regards to rebates.
Continuously evolve the rebates process including the utilisation of the company's tools and systems to ensure effective and efficient operation of rebates.
Approve updates of customer master records in SAP with nominated rebate reporting codes to ensure accuracy of rebate accruals through SAP.
Ensure timely closure/final settlement of all rebate agreements.
Support Sales & Marketing to ensure that proposed rebate agreements are capable of being implemented by the SAP ERP system.
Prepare, generate and communicate relevant sales and rebates reporting to internal key stakeholders and rebate customers which will support the business in making key decisions.
Ensure that the rebates process including execution of rebate agreements and rebate payments are carried out in accordance with the Schedule of Authorities (SoA).
About YOU Ideally you will have a proven background and experience in a similar role within Credit or Finance and the following skills/attributes: Time management skills with the ability to work at a fast pace.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Advanced knowledge of SAP highly desirable.
Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel) required.
Works Autonomously – able to self-start and manage multiple competing priorities.
Excellent Attention to detail.
Resilience – Proven ability to thrive in an environment of change requiring flexibility.
Understanding of the customer's needs (internal & external) and is able to provides solutions and/or actions to meet those needs.
