What to expect in this role
Reason Group is looking for a motivated and dynamic Delivery Director to join our organisation. You will lead the planning and execution of projects to ensure alignment with client objectives, timely delivery, and exceptional quality. This role focuses on developing robust delivery frameworks, managing resources and risks, and fostering strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business. By overseeing multiple workstreams and ensuring seamless collaboration, the position contributes to the organisation's reputation as a trusted partner for delivering impactful results.
Here are some of the duties you will perform:
Strategic Delivery Planning: Develop and promote frameworks for effective delivery across the organisation. Ensure best practices are applied for successful project execution. Client Advocacy and Engagement: Represent client needs in strategic decisions and advocate for their priorities. Build and maintain relationships with senior executives (SES3/4 and C-suite). Delivery Oversight: Manage multiple complex engagements with budgets up to $5M. Oversee workstreams to ensure alignment with client goals and organisational standards. Reputation and Growth: Enhance the company's reputation as a trusted advisor and delivery partner. Drive repeat business and achieve farming targets across client accounts. Operational and Financial Management: Manage budgets, resources, risks, and governance across engagements. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction. Proven experience in managing large, complex engagements and client accounts with budgets up to $5M. Exceptional ability to engage and build relationships with senior executives (SES3/4 & C-suite). Expertise in project/program management, including budgeting, risk management, and governance frameworks. Demonstrated ability to drive client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Experience in developing and implementing standards and frameworks for project delivery.
