About the Role Our Rear Lift Team Leader maintains their fabrication whilst supporting the Rear Lift Supervisor in managing the rear lift team and work activities and the planning and coordination of operations to ensure production targets are met safely. Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills. Ability to use Microsoft Suite, EASE and ChekRite.
