Join our growing, close knit team as a part time Trust Account Administrator, where you will be rewarded for your meticulous record keeping and compliance expertise. 
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our Real Estate clients sales and rental trust accounts by ensuring full compliance with trust account regulations and adhering strictly to company procedures and legislative requirements. 
The Role:
Rental & Sales trust receipting
Vendor paid advertising
Owner, Landlord and Creditor disbursements
Daily and Monthly Reconciliations
Legislative reporting
Property Settlements
Tax Invoice and Settlement Statements production
Audit preparation
Adhoc administration tasks
The Candidate:
Meticulous record keeper - a triple checking champion – accuracy means the world to you
Previous experience in Real Estate Trust accounting
Knowledge of Property Me, Vault RE and Console Cloud an advantage
General Book keeping knowledge – Xero knowledge an advantage
Possess a strong work ethic and desire to be a dynamic support person to our clients - willing
to give them extra love at peak times.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Passionate about the Real Estate Industry and assisting our clients to achieve their goals
Once probation is successful, there may be the opportunity for a hybrid role to be discussed.
