Your future in real estate starts here. Additional Responsibilities: Gather information about potential homes and local communities to answer buyer questions.Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients and listing agents in a timely fashion.Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets.Help clients determine the best offer price and assist through closing the deal for a pleasant and fair transaction.Quickly and professionally return buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails to ensure outstanding customer service.Lead follow-up and set appointments.Execute consultations.Qualifications: Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car.Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly.Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently.Driven, motivated, and desires professional growth.Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
