About the role We are looking for a Residential Real Estate Sales Representative to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Our Real Estate Sales Representatives drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business with a specific focus on rural real estate.
Your understanding of Real Estate Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs.
In this role, the primary focus is on Rural Real Estate.
Responsibilities As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will:
List, market, and sell propertiesBuild and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needsParticipate in Branch business development programsAchieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals, and vendor-paid advertisingEnsure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirementsWork with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunitiesMaximise promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community eventsAbout you To succeed at Elders, you:
