Base salary + competitive commission structure is available.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Project sales Operating and managing display suites for several different projectsAttending to prospect enquiryBooking appointments, managing leads, converting prospects in to buyersManaging CRM data entry for your prospects The Essentials:
Exceptional sales skills with a track record of achieving sales targets Minimum Class 2 Real Estate Licence Excellent negotiation and communication skillsExceptional people skills and the ability to build strong networks. Flexibility to work 38 hours per week, across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and Public Holidays where necessarySolid understanding of the property sales processPassion for delivering high-level customer service to internal/external stakeholdersSelf-motivated and driven with the ability to work autonomously and collaborativelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCurrent driver's licence and vehicle As one of Australia's largest family owned and fully integrated property development companies, we have been delivering certainty, quality and value to our people and our community for over 45 years.
